Marko Paunovic

Consultant, moderator, and social entrepreneur with experience in the field of non-formal education, fundraising, organizational and project management. In recent years he has been lobbying the European institutions and following closely Cohesive, Enlargement, Social Entrepreneurship, Internet and youth policies of the EU.He is the founder and CEO of Out of the Box International, an international network based in Brussels dealing with social innovations.

Auguste Taruskaite

University of London graduate with an academic background in history and cultural organization communication, specializing in not-for-profit organization outreach and fundraising. Work experience encompasses various organizations with focus on social enterprise establishment/management/funding, youth participation, project administration, volunteering, event organization and engagement with outreach.

Malaz Safarjalani

Malaz studied Financial Management in Damascus and later European Business Economics in College of Europe, Bruges. He worked with EU funded projects in several startups and non-profits between Burssels and London. He enjoys swimming and bike mechanics.

Ufuk Bal

Youth Mainstreaming Expert. He is CEO and Creative Director of LAB Design and Research Group and Programme Director of IDEA LAB FOUNDATION where he is developing Innovative Training Programmes in Europe. Besides he is the author of the Book, “Utilization of Urban Design Principles in Designing the Urban Space”. Furthermore, Ufuk is also expert on Knowledge Society, Innovative and Creative Economy and International Consultant and the Key Expert for OSCE Mission in Kosovo on youth work development and human rights education.

Associazione JUMP - Gioventù in riSALTO

Pietro Curatola

Graduated in business economics, Pietro has been working for 16 years in the field of business development and access to finance. In 2021 he founded JUMP Gioventù in riSalto and started to train himself in the field of Project Design and Management, applying for grants and monitoring EU funding programs, upgrading himself, and networking. He attended a 5 months high-level master’s in Rome. In 2013 – 2014 JUMP was soon awarded the first EU projects and it started a period of intensive activities, training, and mobilities in Italy and abroad. Now is still JUMP President and engine, organizing events, training, and being also a private consultant for potential young entrepreneurs.

Erika Gerardini

Graduated in foreign languages and international communication at Parma University, Erika soon started to work in the field of international youth mobility and European projects in Rome during the civil service by AFSAI, Associazione per la Formazione e gli Scambi Culturali (2003-2004). One of the main important working experiences for her has been afterwards, from 2005, by the FNG Forum Nazionale Giovani (The National Youth Council), for 3 years as an international officer, project designer, and trainer.  Since 2015 trainer and didactic responsible for all JUMP training (Erasmus Plus catalogue) coordinating experts and trainers on the different topics.

Ylenia Azzaro

Graduated at Modena University in “Languages for Enterprise Communication and International Organizations” in 2017. She has a great passion for intercultural contexts and international exchanges.  She currently works with JUMP Association in the field of Erasmus Plus, as a Social Media Manager and Administrative Support. She also collaborates as a trainer for Experience Italy, Outdoor Learning and Outdoor Education courses. She’s a very open-minded person, always ready for new challenges and adventures.

Francesco Tirinato

Sociologist, Social media manager. Francesco graduated at the University “La Sapienza di Roma” in Sociology, specialising in management and coordination of social policies, with a specific focus on planning and designing of the territorial social services system.  Since 2017 he has been a freelance facilitator for European projects in the association and non-profit sector. He collaborates with the association Euphoria at Spazio Europa, managed by the Office in Italy of the European Parliament and the Representation in Italy of the European Commission. He carries out as a Team leader non-formal activities for young students focused on various topics, including: active European citizenship, future of the EU, environment and sustainability in Europe.

Dr. Enriko Ceko

Graduated at the Agronomy Faculty, Economy Faculty,  Faculty of Law (University of Tirana) and at the Nebraska Lincoln University. He holds a PhD diploma in Management (University of Tirana) . He has about 31 years working experience and about the same experience lecturing, specialized with about 45 training courses (Albania, USA, UK, Israel, Germany, Austria). He is Head of Economics and Management Department, at University College “Qiriazi”, lecturer at University College “Wisdom”, Senator of World Business Angels and Investments Forum and Lecturer at WBAF Business School, Global Entrepreneurship Department, Humanitarian Ambassador of International Peace Association for Albanian Nation, President of Conservative Academy, Executive Director of Albanian Center for Sustainable Development, Executive Director of Albanian Center for Waste Recycling. He is the author of around 5000 articles and over 35 scientific journal articles, participating in more than 70 international scientific conferences.

Sonia Simpatico

Trainer on Outdoor Education, ECO-SCHOOL and ecological education, research in the educational field. In 2020 she started a forest school project, where her mission is to (re) connect children to nature by experiencing it in all its nuances and elements with their 5 senses. Sonia achieved a bachelor in economics & management and has run her company since 2016, offering to her customers translations, training and business support services. She worked as a trainer and personal developer in a Swiss bank and by the Swiss Post. In Germany she worked as a sales executive in real estate and in a multimedia content developer company. 

Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED)

Anastasios Vasiliadis

President and legal representative of iED. Anastasios, holds a PhD in the topic of entrepreneurship and Education and is a member of Editorial Review Board of the International Journal of e-entrepreneurship and Innovation. He has participated in many European projects and acquired great experience over the years, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, gender issues & employment.

Maria Dalakoura

Maria holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia (Greece) and a MSc degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Thessaly. Within her academic period, she gained useful knowledge on entrepreneurship, marketing, human resources, and financial issues. Her experience in project management and implementation applies to various European Programmes, in which she participates from 2017, while her expertise relates to formal and non-formal education.

Paraskevi Zygoura

Paraskevi holds a diploma (BSc) in Computer Engineering & Informatics from the University of Patras and a Digital Marketing & Social Media specialization from Athens University of Economics and Business. She is currently studying for her MSc at Linnaeus University, Sweden. She is certified in Google Analytics & Ads and has a strong web development background. Her areas of expertise include web analytics, social media marketing, conversion optimization, SEO, SEM, content marketing and email marketing.

Michail Zianas

Michail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Macedonia. He currently attends the Postgraduate Programme in Applied Accounting and Auditing at the University of Macedonia. Through his academic period he gained experience as an assistant auditor and junior accountant and enriched his knowledge in accounting, financial analysis, auditing, management and entrepreneurship.


Theodore Grassos

He has an excellent theoretical background in Political Science, in VET, evaluation, and European Studies since he He has finished with distinction both his first Diploma in Political Sciences and Public Administration and his master’s degree in the field of the relationship of EU with the Developing Countries. He has proven his extensive Knowledge of ESF and the Employment and Cohesion Strategies, successfully implementing various EU co-financed projects in the areas of Social Affairs and evaluation of Operational Programmes either as an Expert or as a Project Manager. 

Alexandris Dimitris

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and in Electrical Engineering from the Higher University of Pedagogical & Technological Education, and a Master’s Degree in Master of Business Administration for Engineers from the Hellenic Mediterranean University. Additionally, he has strong multilingualism skills in Greek (mother tongue) and English. He has experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical-electrical systems and a wide experience in management and coordination.

Eleni Tsoureli

She works in Project Financial Management of EU Funded projects in AKMI S.A. She is an MSc graduate in Project Management and Product Development at the University of Piraeus, with a first degree from Panteion University in Political Sciences. She has completed her internship at the Centre of Byzantine, Modern Greek, and Cypriot Studies in Spain.

Persefoni Mixou

She studied Photography and Audiovisual Arts at the University of West Attica in Athens, Greece and at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest, Hungary. She has participated in several exhibitions and publications with her work. Through her studies and working experiences she gained valuable knowledge on international, where she works as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager. 

EDUFONS. Center for Youth and Lifelong Learning

Ivana Ćuk

Ivana is a graduate economist and in EDUFONS develops and manages European projects related to the inclusion of marginalized groups. She has extensive experience in entrepreneurship with knowledge of self-employment, and her work background encompasses various organizations. In the last 20 years, she has worked on many projects in various positions (administrator, financial management, coordinator, monitoring and evaluation process). She actively works on the social inclusion of young people, and her core expertise is focused on non-formal education, design and evaluation of learning programs, development of training schemes and work-based learning.

Ognjen Ćuk

Ognjen is a young artist with experience and skills in street art and mural painting. Participant in several Erasmus + projects both as an organiser and as a participant in Youth Exchange or Mobility of Youth Workers. He got involved in youth work very early, and at the age of 20, acquired the skills to actively engage in the implementation of projects for young people.

International Institute for the Implementation of Sustainable Development - MIITR

Damjan Krajnc

He holds a doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Maribor. He is an experienced researcher with a proven track record in the Process Systems Engineering and Sustainable Development. He is experienced in Life Cycle Assessment, eco-design, sustainable production metrics and indicators, industrial ecology, sustainable process design, environmental management, and research and development (R&D). He was the coordinator of the ECO -HUB project in the framework of cross-border cooperation between Slovenia and Hungary. He has participated in two “Partnership in Science” projects of the British Council (“Integrated Design of Sustainable Chemical Processes”, and “Sustainable Production Indicators and Reporting of Sustainability, SPIRS). 


Eva Žunec

She has a MSc in sustainable development management. She has a B.Sc. degree in Conservation Biology and is certified in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability by IRDO. During studies she participated in university projects, funded via Erasmus+ (project SMeART – Knowledge Alliance for Upskilling Europe’s SMEs to meet the Challenges of Smart Engineering and project IN.K.A.M.S. – International Key Account Management & Sales). Currently, she mostly works on sustainability projects in the youth sector, is a member of local youth bank for participatory changes in communities and volunteers at Youth Culture Center Maribor, also helping to implement E+ KA2 and EYT projects. As an author, she is creating a series of articles with good practices on sustainability, portraying young change-makers in the local environment.

Center for Social Innovation (CSI)

Christina Michael

She is  a Project Manager at the Center for Social Innovation (CSI), where she undertakes the research and development phases of European-funded projects relating to the inclusion of migrants and other marginalized groups. Ms Michael is a qualified lawyer by the Cyprus Bar Association and holds an LLM degree in International Law from University College London (UCL) and an LLB degree in Law with Politics from the University of Manchester. She also has experience in working with asylum seekers and she is also a freelance article writer at Human Rights Pulse. Her research interests include human rights law, women rights and refugee rights.

Katerina Theodoridou

She is the Director of R&D and Project Management at the Center for Social Innovation (CSI), where she coordinates the organization’s European-funded projects and coaches the project managers that undertake the research and development phases of
the projects. She is also a Scientific Collaborator in the Department of Education Sciences at the European University Cyprus, where she teaches graduate course on mobile learning and the integration of new technologies in education. A former Fulbright scholar, she holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin and her core expertise focuses on program design and evaluation, curriculum development, and ICT- based learning.


Róbert Musits

As CEO of IMRO, he has been participated in several project as rural development and circular economy expert, thus he had the possibility to implement his expertise and knowledge in relevant international projects. In this project, Mr. Musits can ensure the necessary knowledge for providing support schemes for circular economy enterprises and youth associations

Bence Cseke

As the coordinator of foreign affairs at IMRO and as a senior policy researcher conducting research on innovative and sustainable rural development and business, he can ensure important expertise in terms of supporting green business providers, sharing expertise among relevant stakeholders. Mr. Cseke has also managed Eramus+ KA2 projects, thus he possesses expertise in the implementation of international educational cooperations as well.
